The Things That Happened Poem by Paola Elizabet Mateo

The Things That Happened

I know that you know how I feel I can see it in your smile. I want to let you know that the way I feel right now is how I will always feel even if you break my heart. You may fly you may browse but in the end I’ll be the one waiting wearing the bright Latin smile on my face. I see you now and I still laugh I still smile I still turn away you make me feel like a child falling in love for the first time knowing it’s true thinking of you. Once seeming blue until you came and held me. I can’t wait to hear your reply I be here forever.
