This poem I did together with my best friend, Christina.

People say they know what you are going through
even though they actually have no clue
they will never understand until they experience it themselves
it's so hard to go through all this darkness
and when people do say that
you feel protected and understood
but that can't occur, you are alone.

if u don't like the changes keep it the way you had.

or something like that anyway.
