The Unpunished Poem by Somanathan Iyer

The Unpunished

Far and wide spreading its hood
havoc it wrought the demonic Hudhud
a devil from the high seas
and a super cyclone of unmatched might
a war of disaster it unleashed on mankind
joined by winds and fearsome clouds
terror it filled in the hearts of everyone
gales and rains devastated everything
tides and tears submerged the shores
heart sour it gave nightmare it left
never gets replaced the damage it caused
punished never for its crime
joins Hudhud the club of rapists!
