The Waiting Game Poem by Tony Phung

The Waiting Game

Sitting in math class bored to death
Look at the clock and exhale my breath
A minute has passed and I see
Time is making a mockery of me
I play the waiting game
And don't look at the clock
This is so lame
And I'm in shock
Not a minute has passed as you can see
But I have already written poetry
