The Way You Are

Sometimes you ignore me
Sometimes you roll your eyes
Sometimes you don't notice me
And just give me a deep sigh

Sometimes you make me cry
Sometimes you make me weep
Sometimes when I pass by
I just give you the creeps

Sometimes you boss me around
Sometimes you tell me what to do
Sometimes I go round and round
Just to please and satisfy you

BUT...

Most of the time you make me happy
Most of the time you give me smiles
Most of the time you make me feel uneasy
I can hear my heart beat through miles

Most of the time you raise me up
Most of the time you encourage me
Most of the time you fill me up
Fill me up with overflowing glee

Most of the time you hold me tight
Most of the time you lift me up so high
Most of the time you teach me what's right
You make me fly way into the sky

Most of the time you are my support
Most of the time you are my light
Most of the time you give me comfort
You help me with all your might

Sometimes you make me hate you
Most of the time I just hide it inside
Sometimes you make me want to kill you
But most of the time, I just want you by my side

Sometimes...
Most of the time...
Sometimes...

That's just the way it is
That's just the way you are

But I love the way it is...
