The Wind And I Poem by jordan Aardy

The Wind And I

Sometimes, when I walk alone
the wind howls like starving wolves
a battle blooms
a test of wills
just me
and nature's rage
I murmur
'go on, throw it at me'
and dare the wind to do it's worst
