I’m all alone,
Left wondering why,
What creates,
These tears I cry,

All of a sudden,
I get a quick clue,
The reason has something,
To do with you,

Can’t quiet explain it?
But I will try,
It starts like this,
I’m crying over a guy,

Sucked into the game,
Believed your words,
Sounds all familiar?
Things I have heard,

I chose to believe it,
I thought it could work,
But last time I did this,
He was just another jerk,

But I saw something in you,
That made me believe,
You were truthful,
A person who wouldn’t deceive,

So we took the chance,
Can’t believe I did,
Keeping far from me,
The secrets you hid,

I’m such a fool,
For doing this again,
Actually believing,
You were a good boyfriend,

I said I loved you,
This came from my heart,
You just had to go,
And rip it apart,

I never wanted to lose you over this,
I didn’t ever wanna be sad,
But now that I really think about it,
You can’t lose something you never had.
