The Young Ones Poem by Sebastien St. Fellmore

The Young Ones

Rating: 5.0

ghost emotions erupt clouds float the sky
poisoned tendernesses drowned in the neighbour's pool
bigger than all the woods the moon smiles upon
cancerous lesions contain biblical prophecies
count the cells that turn on a dying host
armies crumble, implode on just one single lie
dead seas thunder metallic earth belches
wipe out memories trivial methods of penance
on bended knee i pushed the clouds aside
to kiss
my moon

damning evidence poetic lust liberalized
concepts of an almost naughty nature
i breathed the night frost ices lungs
clears the mind lost in the hunt for you
i spoke for hours bleed the truth on page
responsible for a reaction
desperately seeking blood and fear soaked
tempting the garden last chance tonight
hold tight 48 fingers hold you
i push the clouds away
to catch
the moon
