The Young Widow Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

The Young Widow

Not an apple, stolen and bitten,
Not the wine, sore and spit,
But a Villa, just lived in
And emptied is a widow
She is a refined Villa,
Hence a refined virgin.
A widow is much renowned.
