Their Blood Flow Red Like Ours Poem by Francis Duggan

Their Blood Flow Red Like Ours

Rating: 5.0

I've listened to your racist views you waffle on for hours
But these people are the same as us their blood flow red like ours
And colour only is skin deep and yet you fail to see
That the bloke of a different race is as good as you and me.

You are entitled to your views though your views are not right
For there is a soul in all of us in black and brown and white
And all human beings are equal that's how it ought to be
And a fair go for all people though you do not agree.

All human beings are equal black, red and brown and white
And by your ill informed racist views you seem a lesser light
And on talking your negative sort of rubbish you waste your precious hours
For these people are the same as us and their blood flow red like ours.
