There’s Sometimes A Silence Poem by Gert Strydom

There’s Sometimes A Silence

There’s sometimes a silence
hanging pregnant,
a silence that says that something
almost unstoppable is going to happen,

but sometimes words are totally needless
when eyes, mouths and bodies
are talking a own language,
when things turn into making love.
