These Divine Stars

Even when I am facing sadness
I just close my eyes and imagine of the bright stars
As the stars forever glitter
This smile of stars does not ever disappear
Is something so unique about these stars
In my life I wish to keep on thinking and dreaming about these never fading stars
Precious are stars as such a true smile is visible even in darkness
Light of hope is visible through stars
The stars which keep on showing hope, even when I am facing degrees of sorrow and hurt
Is undying grace, of these divine stars.

As I read this, your celebration unveiled a deeper element: you can only see these stars in the dark. This is a wonderfully tragic poem. Great work. (Report) Reply

poet Rupert Brooke

If I should die, think only this of me:
That there's some corner of a foreign field
That is for ever England. There shall be
