These Words're Mine

Time
This time
Or any time
It's not mine.

Thrown
Into space
Of time
Life
My life
It was
Well supported
Well nurtured
With pure love
I gained
I trained
I loved
One and all.

If
It's time
To go
No regrets
Whatsoever
This time
Or any time
It's not mine
I say it
Keep saying it
Many a time
However
These words
Are mine.

    We have to look to the future to understand the mistakes of the past. A good poem. (Report) Reply

Poem of the Day

poet George Gordon Byron

It is the hour when from the boughs
The nightingale's high note is heard;
It is the hour -- when lover's vows
Seem sweet in every whisper'd word;
And gentle winds and waters near,
