They Wish Poem by Mehar Chauhan

They Wish

Sometimes, i don't seem to understand people.
They wish they had joined us in happy time,
but wish ain't enough i guess.
They wish they could live like how they want to,
but the wish just ain't enough again.
They wish they could squeeze a little more of the time available,
a little more it is always.
They wish they could know more about 'X',
but 'Y' drops along- now they wish 'Z' were- 'X+Y' or 'X-Y'.
They wish they are heard every-time,
poor walls they bare a lot.
They wish they could express it all
and all expressed be absorbed.
They wish they could love one person,
alas,
everyone is lovable.
