Things change

You ask how my day goes, so far so good.
I have managed to avoid the unresolved feelings that drive me to tears.
They come on strong and sudden at times.
I feel soft and out of shape, from cruising in the darkness and depths of depression. My energy drained.
I love you girls, from the depth of my soul and the bottom of an endless heart.Im sad that we couldnt have the perfect family together, things change.
You ask me what I miss most, and I have to say that it is kissing your forehead before you go to sleep.
Sleep tonite my love
