Think It Through Poem by Brandino Lopez

Think It Through

There was once a man named Charles who was convicted of a crime he did not commit.
They would mistreat him and beat him but he would not.... NEVER admit.
Until one day a reporter came by and held an interview and he testified his innocence.
The reporter was a handsome man but that would not excuse his ignorance.
He was convicted of robbing a bank with a weapon on him.
The prisoner was set free as the judges face grew dim.
The prisoner did not know what to do he was losing his sanity.
The reporter was found dead the next week next to all of his family.
You see the prisoner was convicted for robbing a bank which he did not do.
But he was accused of murdering his wife and kids which the reporter did not think through.
