This Happens Too Many Times Poem by Ray Hansell

This Happens Too Many Times

You said you loved me
With all your heart
You said to me
That we'd never part

But now you say it's over
It's time we said goodbye
You said the love we had
Is not worth another try

Well, I don't want to lose you
So, there's only one thing to do
I'm going to kill you
Then, I'll take my life to

I promise it will be quick
You will feel no pain
The white painted walls
Will soon run red with brain

The first shot blows her head apart
I then turn the gun on me
When I pull the trigger
A flash of light is the last thing I see

It's over in an instant
The sad deed is done
Now both you and I
Will be together forever as one
