This House Is A Home

Rating: 2.7

Walk in
Open eyes.
See faces
Of loved ones

Step back
Just listen
Hear sounds.
Of happy people.

Come in
Keep relaxed.
Inhale smells
Of wonderful sorts.

Sit down
Take a bite.
Taste joy
Of good food.

Open arms
Hold tight.
Feel warmth
Of someone else.

It sounded a bit awkward in some parts (perhaps some rhyming may have helped perfectify it, although it isn't necessary) . I like the same pattern you have flowing through each of the stanzas with the last line always beginning with 'of.' Good writing and subject choice.
