I am fun and outgoing.
I am quiet and reserved
I am love incarnate
And hate personified
With a warm, bright personality
But an underlying dark, deep bone-chilling coldness
I am loud, annoying, uncontainable with joy
But also evil, conniving, mastermind of villainous acts
I am a walking contradiction and very forgetful
Lies come in handy when I want to make friends
I keep my friends away and my enemies with them
I procrastinate to the point of no return
And smile like nothing happened
Think twice about the quiet girl you see
Because when you want me to be I'll be happy
But on the inside my soul is purging of love and razor blades
And my heart is dying inside my restless soul
I am the result of the orgasm a spasm of love AND THEN hate
What you are depends on how I feel
I am the unidentifiable false object flying through the maelstorm
Made by moi's ego. Question the conscience I traded in for sanity
The thing they'll never know is that everything for you was
influenced by me. Hello who's there?
I don't know because
I try so hard to be me I don't know who I am

Poem of the Day

poet John Clare

I love to see the old heath's withered brake
Mingle its crimpled leaves with furze and ling,
While the old heron from the lonely lake
Starts slow and flaps its melancholy wing,
