I close my eyes to see
I hold my breath to breathe
I sit quite to to think clearly
I am fearless to be fearing
I am careless to be caring
I am imprisoned to know what freedom is
This is what living life is
I have to be ready to die to really live
I have to be ready to give before I receive a gift
I have to understand my dream before I am granted my wish
So I stand today with my eyes close ready to see whats waiting for me
I hold my breath hopeing the next breath is deep
With my eyes close and my breathing focused, my thoughts are clearer
I have new understanding and fear nothing of this earth
I am careless about things that dont matter, to focus on things that do
Yes my mind is trapped
But thats the reason I appreicate being freed
I focus on my dreams hopeing my wishes come true
I fear not to die because I understand why im alive
This is what life is, This is why I am alive
