This Means Nothing (I Promise)
This poem really does not mean a thing
It is just my dark side screaming
Hoping that this misery will end
I feel as though my heart will never mend
You told me you wanted to be with me
So that your heart could be set free
You told me you liked liked me so much
And that you had never had a bigger crush
I opened my heart and let you in
I had a feeling we both would win
Now I am alone and waiting for you
It is sad to say and hurtfully true
We will probably never be together
You have been owned since the day you met her
