This Stormy Night Poem by Darkangel Flyfree

This Stormy Night

Rating: 5.0

Winds a howling
branches thrashing
lightning flashes
cold dark dreary
on this night
my soul sees to exist
awakening my insides
calling for more
alive i feel
the heavier it gets
the more i feel
candle'lit luminous
amongst the dark
shadows dancing
beckoning me to join
like whispers of wind
calling my name
poundering rain
soothes my soul
from the inside out
on this stormy night.

Dear Darkangel, you have brilliantly expressed about stormy night here with a philosophical base. Here I want to cite.....heavier it gets / the more i feel....rain soothes my soul / from the inside out / on this stormy night. Beautiful poem. Full vote.
