This Time Around Poem by Louie Thompson

If you could see the way
he looks into my eyes.
You would know why I love this boy
with no surprise.

The way he kissed me
so soft and sweet,
you would think I was in heaven
they way I was swept off my feet.

He holds my hand
and whispers in my ear.
He helps me loosen up
and let go of all my fear.

He is the one for me,
I know this for sure.
It's just I dont know how much heartache
I can bare to endure.

If this one fails,
this time around,
then I'm giving up on love
knowing love will never be found.

My heart has finally healed
getting back in the game.
I hope this time
the outcome won't be the same.

I'll try this out
just one more time around.
I know my heart is set out for love,
but heartache bound.
