Though You Resent Poem by Neelapu Suresh

Though You Resent

My Love justice will be served someday

you will resent me no more, and love will overwhelm your heart again.

My eyes grieve now, but your heart will protest some day

You will be the last name on this justiled lover's lips before he dies.

i came to your door and sang songs of love that were unbearable for you.

Yet, this crazy man has come again to tell you that this, madness ends here.

May you feel my pain
May you fall in love with someone, who also detest the very sight of you.

You have been ruthless my love
So don't you forget that you won't be spared either.

Oh Easterlies, when you pass by my beloved's house tell her this that as long as i breathed,
this firefly uttered the name of the one who hated me

Though you resent me now, you shall love me again someday

Aloha Neelapu... What a straight shot arrow this is! I can visualize you, laughing as your bow is tensed and your sultry sneer as your fingers gently let er' fly! Reminds me to wear my body armour the next time I walk away from a relationship... I have enjoyed this write thoroughly, and I appreciate the candor suggested within its lines... such firm determination and steady tone... until the last and closing lines... Why ever would such pursuit of a relationship be in ones considerations... after ending it in your heart? Pursuit must then logically be for status or profit, and not for soul... Thank you again Neelapu for the thoughts I have experienced from this perusal of your words... all of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two.
