I'll tell you the story
About a young girl
Who couldn't control her thoughts
Around and around they twirled
She couldn't hear the sounds of reality
Over the top of these thoughts
They constantly ran laps of her mind
Erasing everything she'd been taught
She didn't understand where they came from
Or what they were asking her to do
They weren't of her own creation
But if not her, then who?
These thoughts were all consuming
Controlling her from the inside
Forcing her to do horrible things
As they slowly took over her mind
