If you could see through the eyes of a poet, like me;
You could see all the love and feelings they possess.
Poets are deep and express love form the depths of their inner souls.
It's all bottled up and only God knows.
They recite with such emotion; some make you laugh and some make you cry.
They come from all over the world to share this special gift of love.
They have so much love within, you can feel it as it emerges.
Only God can give such a beautiful gift.
Many say poets are geniuses or insane; and whichever one
I may be, I'm happy to be a part of this domain.
If only everyone could be a poet; to love, care, and give.
This world would be such a beautiful place to live.
