Time Poem by Paul Klobusicky

Time

Time is of the essence
Yet it can't be caught
Time is always here
Yet you can't touch it
Nor can't you feel it...
Time has begun for some
Time has come to the end for others
Yet time marches on
And waits for no one
Time can only be counted in years
For the sum of time
Is endless...
Time is the light
Time is the darkness
Time doesn't stand still
Time is from above
Time is the creator
Time has been given to us
Time can be subtracted
Time can't be added
Or divided
Time becomes priceless
As the sands drips
As the clocks ticks
Time slips
Like sinking ships
