Time Poem by Jacob Biehl

Time

in times of trouble,
in times of need,
in times of work,
i did not heed,
time passes by at but a crawl,
yet it never seems to be enough,
when the final timer rings,
you've just begun to get a thought,
a idea of what might be,

when fun comes,
laughter and play,
children sing and ring a common tune,
just a lil longer,
jus a bit more,
but elusive time says no more,
time comes supercharged,
nearly supersonic in glee,
fun just begun,
there nevers seems to be enough,
time is both constant and not,
why cant you last longer?
is it your merciless trance?
