Time Is The Cure Poem by Sharita Britten

Time Is The Cure

Time is lost, Time is gone
Time has gone by, and left me scorned.

The future is now, it has now appeared
While I'm still wishing that time was here.

I've devoted nothing but precious time
Hoping to meet it's expectations one day.

Nothing but nothing, but time stood in my way.

It exceeded my anticipations to a higher level
Squeezed in mashed down and beaten up.

All I wanted to do was give up
But what I've been through was not enough.

In time it will heal my mind, body and soul

Let the truth be told,
There's nothing about time that needs to be decode.

Time is the cure
Sealed in a bottle until its last drop.
