To Dream Of The Faeries Poem by R K Summers

To Dream Of The Faeries

Starlight sparkles on the sea,
Washing magic over me,
Mystery lies in the night,
Wishing for the ancient sight.

Whispers echo at daybreak
Dancing out across the lake,
Shadow figures in the light,
Sing to me as they take flight.

Lullabies drift through the skies,
Veiled in secretive disguise,
Faeries, take me far away,
Avalon, my home, I’ll stay.
