to the day our communication gets lesser,
my heart anxious, my entirety nervous.
off to protect you go
I’m so proud I hope you know,
my love for you still will grow
way beyond the extent of any rainbow,
Your triumph I calculate
Your return I anticipate,
Your not alone, even if we dont phone
God, your protector
your squad, his tools to keep you safer
your country grateful and proud
For you my soldier praise rings aloud
My knight in shining amour
Your leaps from heights empower
Your bravery encouraging
Your courage enchanting
