To See Or Not To See
I see a young boy
eyes closed
fingertips searching
Pretending he knows not what he does.
I see a grown man
hidden by miles
poetry probing
Obscuring meaning with interpretation.
In darkest night, emotions reign
Come morning, reason rules again.
that is the question, great poem, and its always easier, in the dark or with your eyes closed to face emotions, stark reality in the daylight is uncomfortable
