To Stop A Bully Poem by Emily Gurdon

To Stop A Bully

I was sitting in science
When the bullies had neared
They teased me and mocked me
Until with anger I seared
How I hated those bullies
They annoyed me so much
Til I was coiled with rage
I could burst with a touch
I eventually worked out
With a smug certainty
That ignoring the bullies
Was the undying key
They couldn’t tease me
If I wouldn’t be teased
This is the way to stop the bullies
