To The Sea Poem by Rachel BaByBeAr Anderson

To The Sea

To the sea i hear my calling true
hid among colours of green and blue
my heart does yearn to hear the creak
of the ships sailing through the great blue deep
my eyes they tire of the grass
they'd rather settle apon cannons and masts
i'd love to sail among the seven seas
for nothing to dare try stop or bother me
my heart lies among the pirates
who pillage among those gold currents
who live a life thats free
oh how i wish that that could be me
but alas i am nout but a simple school boy
trapped among his books and toys
