Life is a beautiful gift given to us on our first birthdays
We continue to open the gift and new ones show up
One of the gifts is the love of those special people
Who love you and whom you love
Amidst them are cousins, each one of them is like a dove
Free within their own cages

They care for you and love you
As much as they love their own brothers and sisters
They maybe disheartened by the tortures of time
But they try to remain on the line
It’s never hard to talk to them
Not making you feel like a guest but one of their own
These are the special people
Who are more than special to me
