Tony's Tears Poem by Lissa White

Tony's Tears

Tony’s tears
Fall silently
On his face
Looking for a trace
Of understanding
Watching the images flash across the TV
Of days long ago
Of memories years ago
When he was young and full of play
And wrestling with Donny every day
Tears falling as he watches the years go by
Watching him, I begin to cry
His face dressed in pain
As his tears fall like rain
As he lets his Mommy go
His love for her shows
As the tears gently hit his cheek
Mommy talks with angels now
And one day he shall
Join her up above
Once again reunited by love
Oh what a day that will be
When he is set free
Dancing with angels
And WALKING into heaven
As Mommy dries Tony’s tears

For Tony..I love you Bubba.
