Toradol Poem by Cati Walthall

Toradol

Oh Toradol shot
You hit the spot
But not the right one
You make me scream in pain
Making me think I'll need a cane
Just in order to get around
Even though my headache is gone
This feels so wrong
Just balancing here on one cheek
May I have some ice?
That needle was not nice
My butt is crying for help
Go ahead laugh,
Then go down this path
I'm sure your still having a great time
But in all seriousness
It's not funny business
When you can't sit on both cheeks

Ha! Got a shot of Demerol when I was in labor almost 20 years ago. Didn't realize they shoot it in the hiney! Holy cow! Must have jumped 10 feet off the bed! Lol. And then.....bliss..... Love this piece! Quite humorous. Needed a good laugh tonight. Thanks!
