a Traceur is someone who does parkour/ free running

'Traceur's Freedom'
as i prepare for the day
i put my shoes on,
as the adrenaline starts to pump
i get up and run,
run like i have never before,
the sence of freedom as i volt ove3r the reail and run up the
wall,
as the people around me shake their heads
i continue running ahead.
the obsticles become easier and easier as the fear starts to
leave
for life is to short for this fear
God has given us a spirit of passion
not fear,
so do not fear
for whatever you do
smile in the worst of times
and remember He is right beside you
the life of a traceur
is not easy but fun
as my mentor says
'Go with the flow, and being a traceur will come with ease'
so do not stop whatever you do
for life only comes once
and is to short for fear to grasp you.
if you have a passion do it and
be free from fear
and remember He is near.
