Traits Poem by Nwagboso Kosisochukwu

Traits

I've touched great darkness
I've caressed rough shadows
I've chased rushing wind
And found a sorrowful mystery

So listen
When on sight an Angel eats beans
Crucify not the saint but his sins
For the world can turn around
And find you enjoying rotten beans

Dispose a guile mind friend
Like a bad habit
For you can travel to no where
With a flat tire

Live not in neighbourhood with pest
Cos you know not its antibodies
So that when pesticide is nigh
You can stand and see its survival

Dine in the company of Dolphins
So to be backed
When danger is in neighbourhood
Fly with birds of same feathers
So to provide straw to build your castle
