Trees, they are useful
Some are quite fruitful
Some are for life saving
Some are heights braving
Trees, we need them
Take care of the trees
They are useful
Some are short and lowly
Some are tall and swaying
Some grow quite quickly
Some grow less hastily
Trees, we need them
Take care of the trees
They are useful
Some are homes for the birds
Some are shades for the herds
Some sways in the wind
Some whistles in the wind
Trees, we need them
Take care of the trees
They are useful
Some bears seeds for food
Some brings fruits for food
Some trees flowers are sweet
Some trees flowers are just neat
Trees, we need them
Take care of the trees
They are useful
Some we used for homes building
Some we used for furniture making
Some we used for propriety fencing
Some we used for garden’s dressing
Trees, we need them
Take care of the trees
They are useful
By the fruit of a tree man had lost life
By a Cross made from trees life regained
Trees and man has come a long way
Man everywhere uses trees every day
Trees, we need them
Take care of the trees
They are useful

Clarence, i hope you are WELL, or 'with your Maker'! i'm your name and the link to this poem's page into July 2017's 'showcase for and by PH poets'. Thanks. bri :)
i love this poem. trees are my friends, especially the ones which provide shade, climbing opportunities, homes and food for animals, food for ME! , soil stabilization, natural fences, great scenery, ............well, darn, ALL OF THEM. and my favorite colors are brown and green. a nice poem. i like the repetition of the three stanza-ending lines. but, i am developing [in my extensive underground and secret laboratory] a method to produce synthetic trees from wastes which usually go into the landfills. yes, soon your discarded plastic wraps and bags, your used diapers (both baby and adult) , your old window frames of metal, plastic, or wood, and let's not forget broken or otherwise discarded toys, cars, flower pots, cigarette filters, coffee cans, etc. etc..........shall become the new and improved trees, made from 100% recycled trash! ! ! look for them in your local nursery once they run out of real trees. this poem shall go into my/OUR July 2016 a showcase for PH poets, found hiding in my list of PH poems; search by month and year and showcase. some favorite lines: Some are heights braving..............i still brave one once in a while, but usually have an assist from a ladder. Some trees flowers are just neat Trees and man has come a long way and this shall go into MyPoemList as well. bri :)
