Trees Poem by Heather Burns

Trees

Rating: 3.8

Trees in the
Spring time
nature
merging
everywhere.

Turns and
nods
to
Summer.

Beautiful
days
beyond
compare.

Summer
looks to
Autumn
golden
highlights
in her hair.

Gives way
to
Winter
shivering
in the
frigid air.

I like the personification, especially this phrase, ...Autumn golden highlights in her hair... Fall is my fav time of year. I just had to read this verse about nature. I love nature.

this poem breathes an air of life into mother earth. and we are like fleas living in her hair. changing colors as she changes her moods. nicely written.
