Trimmed Trellis Poem by Paul Hartal

Trimmed Trellis

The trimmed trellis

Of a peeling yesterday

Sprawls

Into the loose lattice

Of a tight today

As shifting old vistas

Turn

Into new

Unfolding fragments

Through

The revolving window

Of life.
