Trisomy 21 Poem by PERSIAN NIGHTINGALE

Trisomy 21

Rating: 5.0

We can’t accept their behavior and may shun
We tease them often for fun
We’re dishonest, proud, undone
They’re honest and rich though they have none
They're truly twenty plus one!

Stunning piece...and so true.......most of us forget to appreciate the existance and divineness of especial children, people suffering from autism, and down syndrome...or even the illiterate people. Making fun of their disability is so rude and uncivilized action, we forgot that they are also human who have feelings and emotions to consider... Furthermore, they are the most honest people living in this world...a 10 for you...
