True beauty lies in the heart
that sings to the tunes of his mother
that dances at the joys of his neighbours
that loves to live as brothers.
True beauty is seen in the eyes
that smiles at the dewdrops small
that shines for the poor boy with the ball
that loves to twinkle at the sight of a waterfall.
True beauty is in the courage of a soldier
that pats his chests brave and broad
that always stays for his people on guard
that tries to bring peace on our card.
True beauty lives in the shattered old house
that is the dwelling for orphans all
that feeds the hungry tummies from a gruel bowl
that soothes the crying ones by a sweet lull.
True beauty is in the innerself
that gets prettier as it ages
that beats for the birds in their cages
that can be seen in old poet's old worn out pages.
True Beauty is enhanced with a heart of gold
that never gets old, though wrinkles
that face does get, still twinkles
that eyes still hold, to hear a pretty jingle.
True beauty never fades with time nor
that with changes the seasons bring.
A nice description of true beauty, indeed it lies in our heart only...10 True beauty never fades with time nor that with changes the seasons bring.

I recollect a beautiful poem that I read in my college days. He that loves a rosy cheek, Or a coral lip admires, Or from star-like eyes doth seek Fuel to maintain his fires: As old Time makes these decay, So his flames must waste away. But a smooth and steadfast mind, Gentle thoughts, and calm desires, Hearts with equal love combined, Kindle never-dying fires: Where these are not, I despise Lovely cheeks or lips or eyes. Thomas Carew Your poem is also beautiful and thought provoking.
