Truth Stirs Poem by robyn selters

Truth Stirs

I sat and looked and thought some more
as at a glassy pond
Where surface blinds a cursory stare
defying what’s beyond

But if we open to the truth
no matter how it stirs
Ripples of illusions sprung
will show how we were conned

Good writing. How true it is.
