We bubble, foam and throw out
To groan and moan and always shout.

Life is more than just for one day
Do your toil and have your say.

You don't have to cause alarm
Why you don't even have to cause harm.

Take a moment or too and say a few words to God
Particularly before your body goes into the sod.

'My child I love you so sin no more and have a good day'
Once my love is given I will never take it away.
