Turning Tables - Poem by Martina Moriarty

Outside the gates of hell
she kneels
and prays!
counting minutes,
lonely hours,
endless months,
and painful years.

Still she waits...
and prays?
soul cursed!
body erased-
on barbarian land.
All the while...

Foreseeing Paradise!

Destinys Child.
