Turning Wheel Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Turning Wheel

Rating: 5.0

Turning the wheel
We move forward
On a car, bicycle
Train, or plane.

Turning the wheel
Pots are made
That hold water
Grain or plants.

Turning the wheel
Decorate the cake
For birthdays and all
Happy occasions.

Turning the wheel
Bet on the number
That returns a fortune
Or ends in a loss.

Turning the wheel
The giant one
To reach the top
Back to the ground.

Turning the wheel
The captain guides
The ship on the sea
Safely to the port.

Turning the wheel
World keeps moving
On its axis and around sun
All seasons night and day.

All our future's
Tied to the wheel
That turns round
Round and round.
