Twilight Is Fading Poem by Jas Andrada

Twilight Is Fading

Can you see those little punkers
Rocking at my side
I have fallen I didn’t listen
Those others pull you down

These little rockers will soon arise
Through the evening light
They’ll be born
While

Twilight is fading in my eyes
Now my shadow is ahead upon me
I kept living in the dark
‘Til I saw the truth passing by with you

They’re now the king and queen
Of punk rock music in the industry
But if they continue trashing the top
They’ll face me

I will soon stand
With the guitar and the mic
And I will rock the house
But now

Our band
Will stand
In my veins
Lays the truth

In my veins
Flows the truth
Twilight, twilight, twilight

‘Til I saw the truth passing by with you
