Two Crows Sitting On A Dead Tree Against Twilight Sky Poem by Ranjith Wijekoon

Two Crows Sitting On A Dead Tree Against Twilight Sky

Rating: 5.0

What are you folks Discussing?
As we normally believe
crows do, only talk about
the next meal,
where to find it,
how to share it,
only hunger and
satisfying it.
If it is so, the beautiful
backdropp you are against
is too grand for it,
but the skeleton of the tree
you sit on is
very appropriate to
the situation.
But if you discuss nesting
you must be in love
and love is a great feeling
even for a crow couple,
go on, make your nest,
cultivate love and
produce a new
generation.
